Newly built residence (2017) composed by 14 apartments located in Bardolino, in a green area sorrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Very quite location to enjoy a relaxing holiday in contact with the wonderful nature of Lake Garda. Lazise and Bardolino are both reachable in 10 minutes by car. The residence has got a nice swimming pool with children corner and deckchairs. A nice area for outside dining with barbecues is at guest’s disposal. You will also find a free parking place at disposal, free wifi and washing machine for common use (upon payment).
Each three-rooms apartment could be on the first or ground floor. It is 47 sqm and is suitable for 5/6 people. It is composed by living room with kitchenette fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, toaster and coffee machine. Air conditioning and TV Sat are included in the price. In the living room there is also a double bed sofa. The covered terrace is equipped with table and chairs for relaxing outside dining. The apartment is composed also by a double bedroom (bed with 2 mattresses) with wardrobe, a bedroom with a single bed or a bunk bed, and an elegant bathroom with shower box. At the residence it is possible to buy the own produced sweet olive oil of Lake Garda and the well-known Bardolino wine.
We suggest this property to families with children because it is a safe and peaceful place. It is also suitable for friends groups or elderly people. Car is advised.
The total price consists in:
- RENTAL AMOUNT paid directly to the owner of the property
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, assistance and support, reservation management, mailing and communication) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant

We are also at guests disposal to purchase Arena di Verona official Opera tickets, as well as to reserve private and shared low cost transfers from the airport or train station or to rent a car.
