Jamaica Apartment it is a lovely apartment with air conditioning, free wi-fi and inserted in a private condominium with a large swimming pool for adults and children, 2 terraces and a BBQ.
This amazing apartment benefits from it`s proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday - beautiful sandy beaches, bars, diverse restaurants, shops, golf, boat trips, water sports, banks, supermarkets. It is within walking distance from Olhos d`Água center, only 300 meters (3 minutes’ walk away). Car is not necessary, unless you want to discover more of the Algarve.
Jamaica Apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with access to a balcony with BBQ and a cosy living room with direct access to another balcony where you can have an alfresco meal and other leisure activities enjoying at the same time the sea and pool views. Ideal for a relaxing family holidays.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
• Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.
Prices up to 4 people.
• The 5th and 6th person pays an additional rental amount for an extra bed for either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
VAT included in the accommodation price.
Pets not allowed.
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
