Mykonos apartment is a wonderful holiday property right on the Albufeira Marina with delightful sea views. Located in a colourful complex with a large swimming pool overlooking the Marina and wonderful balconies with a view, this property is perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.
The 2 bedrooms of this superb apartment are bright and spacious with double beds and there are two bathrooms (one en-suite) both fitted with baths and overhead showers. The kitchen is fully-equipped, the living room spacious with 2 comfortable sofas and a dining area, and there are two lovely terraces overlooking the pool and the marina inviting you to sit out and enjoy a meal, a drink and the view.
The apartment is located on the first floor (with lift access) and includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in every room.
The apartment is located in a quieter area of the Albufeira Marina where several cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located. A short drive (20 minute walk) into Albufeira and you’ll find a variety of amenities, as well as the charm of the Old Town and beautiful sandy beaches (with elevator access at Peneco beach).
Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this.
The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)
Breakage Deposit Groups: €120 per person (payable by credit card only)
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts
Prices up to 4 people.
From the 5th to the 7th person an additional rental amount is required which includes for either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week)."
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
