Bella Vista 2 is a bright and spacious apartment, located in a beautiful and quiet complex of 5 apartments with a large communal pool, well-kept gardens and sea-views. The property is within walking distance of the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Castelo, Coelha, Evaristo, and within a 10-minute drive of Albufeira.
Located on the ground floor, this 2-bedroom apartment (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds) has a spacious living / dining room, a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with wonderful views to the sea and pool area, perfect for enjoying an al fresco meal with family or friends.
Bella Vista 2 also benefits from free wi-fi, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and a shared laundry room.
The shared outdoor area offers a large swimming, (heatable as additional optional extra), a well-maintained garden, communal barbecue and several sunbeds to relax around the swimming pool. There is also free parking within the complex.
The property is within a short walking distance to several restaurants, bars and supermarkets, as well as beautiful beaches. Additionally, the town of Albufeira is within just a 10-minute drive, where you can find banks and a variety of shops / shopping centres, as well as the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)
Breakage Deposit Groups: €120 per person (payable by credit card only)
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts
Prices up to 4 people.
The 5th and 6th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
