Ipanema 2 is a superb and tastefully furnished 2-bedroom apartment, located in the beautiful complex of “Quinta Pedra dos Bicos”. The location of Ipanema 2 is without a doubt one of its best attributes, as it benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing family holiday.
Sleeping 4+1 people and including free wi-fi, this wonderful apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds and a bathroom, fitted with a bath and overhead shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils and a bright and well-decorated living / dining room invites you to relax and enjoy a meal. There’s also a sunny balcony with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in the sun.
In this beautiful complex you can enjoy a large swimming pool and well-kept gardens, where you can relax and sunbathe. These are just a short walk from the apartment building.
The property is very well located, as it's in Santa Eulália, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. It’s also a short walk to the beach and to the Albufeira Strip.
Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car we can help you.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
•Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only)
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.
Prices up to 4 people.
• The 5th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
VAT included in the accommodation price.
Pets not allowed.
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
