Less than 250 meters away is the Passeig de Gracia metro station (L2, L3, L4) and also very close, about 600 meters from the apartment, the Diagonal metro station (L3-L5) together with the bus stop Pg Gracia- Resealed (22, 24, N4).
The city center (Plaza Catalunya) is 850 m from the apartment *10 minutes walking*. The apartment is located between la Pedrera and Casa Batlló, two of the must-see places in Barcelona! The neighborhood:
The La Dreta de l'Eixample neighborhood is the most central area of Barcelona and important meeting points are located there, such as Plaza de Catalunya, Plaza de Urquinaona and Passeig de Gràcia. This area, delimited by the streets of Nàpols and Balmes at its ends, and which borders the districts of Gràcia and Ciutat Vella, is the quintessential neighborhood of Catalan Modernism. The attraction is given by buildings such as La Pedrera or Casa Batlló, works by Antoni Gaudí declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, which attract thousands of tourists every year.
The area is ideal if you come to Barcelona on vacation, as it has great artistic and commercial attractions, as well as good communication by public transport with the rest of the city.

🟢Barcelona tourist tax:
We inform you that from 06/1/2021, the rate of the City Council of the municipality of Barcelona is €3.30 per person (> 17 years old) and per night, it will be charged upon arrival.
🔵Deposit/Refund
We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team has verified that there has been no damage to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected (noise disturbance at night, etc.). Once this confirmation is received, if the deposit has been paid by VISA / MC, the refund will be made within 72 hours after your departure. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within one week, by bank transfer (please provide us with your IBAN on the day of your arrival).
🔹 Our apartment is only for a "relaxed" vacation. 🔹
🔴 Parties are prohibited in the entire building🔴
It is very important to respect the rest of the neighbors, take care of the apartment and its equipment.
In case of complaints from neighbors due to loud noise (between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.) or rude behavior by the Tenant (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. A second complaint from a neighbor or any visit from the police due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The tenant would have to vacate the apartment immediately without any financial compensation.
For any key lost during the stay, we will charge €50 (deposit)

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Tourist tax not included.
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Pets not allowed.
- The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
