The apartment has a modern decoration, with spacious and comfortable spaces, the result of the renovation carried out in the apartment in 2017, for which a great decoration work has been carried out to achieve unique, bright and comfortable spaces that allow you to enjoy the essence of the apartment.
The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator of a traditional building of Cádiz of S.XIX. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge with plasma TV and double sofa bed, air conditioning throughout the apartment and internet connection via WIFI. It also has a bathroom with shower-plate and a bedroom with two single beds.
The apartment is located on Calle Murguía Street corner with Cervantes Street, very close to the Plaza del Mentidero where there are many terraces to enjoy the good weather of Cadiz. The apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk from the Plaza de Mina where the Archaeological Museum and the Ancha Street and the main shopping streets of the city are located. Also the beach of La Caleta is less than 10 minutes walk and the Paseo de La Alameda that has stunning views of the Bay of Cádiz is less than 5 minutes walk.
The apartment is about 20 minutes walk from the train and bus stations of the city and about 5 minutes by taxi. Parking in the historic center of Cádiz is a complicated task, although next to the apartment there is the public parking of Santa Bárbara and the parking of the Plaza de San Antonio.
