The apartment is located beach side with only 500 meters walking distance to the beach of Cancelada, where the high end beach resort of Villa Padierna is located.
From the entrance of the apartment to the right you find a fully equipped modern kitchen. To the left you find the living with dining table for 6 persons and a sofa group with flat screen TV.
From the living there is access to the terrace with outdoor dining for 6 persons.
The staircase on the terrace guides you to the rooftop terrace with great lounge area and 4 sunbeds to enjoy the sun. The property is located near the main road and consequently there is noise from this road on the top terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom provides shower, toilet and single sink. The other bedroom has 1 double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The latter bedrooms have one bathroom to share with shower, toilet and single sink.
The urbanization provides a gated communal pool and accessible from the street.
The beach club of Villa Padierna is an exclusive beach club with high end standards. The supermarket Mercadona is just 1 km from the apartment. The city center of Cancelada is in 800 meters and walking distance as well.
The cozy city center of San Pedro is in 7 km from the apartment and really an great area to have an evening stroll.
