Apartment, spacious and very bright with four bedrooms, a large living room and two terraces, all exterior. Located in the north of Madrid, close to the Barrio del Pilar Metro (Line 9), the La Vaguada Shopping Center, La Paz Hospital, Ramón y Cajal and the Cuatro Torres.
Inside a condominium, with common areas of large gardens, sandbox and a basketball court. Quiet place, located on the fourth floor with an elevator, easily accessible for people with disabilities.
Distribution and equipment
The APARTMENT is inside a private and closed urbanization.
It is fully equipped. Four bedrooms, the master bedroom with a 180x180 bed, fitted wardrobes and a separate bathroom. A second bedroom with a double bed, two more bedrooms each with two single beds.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and plenty of natural light. The house has a total of two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower) and a toilet.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and gas stove, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils. In the center of the kitchen, two tables have been arranged that can be used as a daily dining room or as an island.
The living room is quite a spectacle, it has more than 40 square meters, with two accesses to exterior terraces where you can enjoy reading or simply rest enjoying the tranquility of the place. It has a three-section sofa and an armchair, arranged in front of a large television screen. If you are a movie lover, without a doubt, this environment will be your favorite. The TV is connected to the Wi-Fi network so you can watch Netflix, HBO and Amazon Prime from your personal accounts.
In general, the house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi internet access through fiber optics.
There is the possibility of renting an underground parking space (check availability).

The house is delivered with the necessary bed linen and towels for the guests. You don't need to carry all this in your suitcase, you have shops, bazaars and a supermarket a few minutes from home.

Check-in time is from 15h in the afternoon, although in some cases you can enter earlier, just ask me. If you arrive after 20h there will be a late check-in fee
The front door to the apartment slams shut. It is important not to forget the keys inside during your stay in the city. At check out time, please leave the keys on the counter at the entrance and close the door behind you. Check out time is before 11am. Our cleaning girl will arrive around that time. If you agree with her, please let her in.
How to move
The apartment is in a very quiet residential street, close to the La Vaguada Shopping Center and a few minutes by public transport from anywhere in the city center.
Privileged location, four minutes by car and less than 10 minutes walking from the Four Towers. If you travel for work and your meetings are in the north of Madrid, my house is a good place.
In addition, you are 10 minutes by car from the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, IFEMA and the airport. Two nearby hospitals, La Paz and Carlos III. Nearby restaurants of different tastes and levels
Barrio el Pilar Station (Line 9) – 7 minutes and 600 meters.
