Bright apartment located in one of the historic areas of the capital in the Rastro de Madrid, a few steps from the Tirso de Molina metro. A charming house that in its long corridors hides behind its paintings splendid works of art, by Toty, an artist from Madrid.

The apartment has three elegantly decorated bedrooms, each one very cozy, two exterior ones, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The third is interior with a decoration with a particular touch.
It has two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a shower tray and Japanese toilet. The other smaller but also fully equipped.

Independent kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave among other elements.
Very comfortable living room with sofa-bed type cheslong, television, air conditioning and large windows that allow great light to enter the house.

We travel a lot, so we will help you where we can, because we know how difficult it is sometimes to navigate in a city. We can guide you and make recommendations. Upon arrival you will be received in person. Free arrivals are from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. carry a supplement of €35 to be paid by the guest upon delivery of the keys. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. carry a supplement of €75 to be paid by the guest upon delivery of the keys.
The cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the guest in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the house (€150 to be paid to the locksmith prior to opening the house).
Noisy parties and gatherings are absolutely prohibited. Under the sanction of the competent authorities.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning before you go out. I ask that you take out the garbage every day, with special care in the summer months. There are some containers on the street enabled for this.
Leave the house collected before your departure. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you.
In accordance with Spanish law, all guests staying in a tourist apartment are required to show their identification (ID card or passport)

How to move
Very close to the Tirso de Molina metro station. You have metro, bus, bicycles, taxi stops 3 minutes from the house. But above all you can move on foot to any place of interest. Also Metro Sol, 5 minutes walk; Metro lines 1, 2 and 3 and commuter lines C3 and C4.
