The Apartment is a welcoming, comfortable, and avant-garde with air conditioning in all the rooms, modern décor, a location on the building’s inner patio from the 2 bedrooms, and two balcons to a quiet street in the living room. It can accommodate to four people in tow rooms with a large full bed 150x200 and in the second room two beds of 90x200. The rooms have bed linens. The bathroom have a shower, hair dryer, towels. Location is fantastic, in the center of Madrid. ELEVATOR.
The living room and the kitchen share the same expansive, functional space. We know that you’ll want to enjoy your stay to the fullest. That’s why you’ll have an excellent Smart TV, a high speed WiFi connection, and everything you’ll need to bring out your inner chef with a ceramic stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffeemaker, juicer, toaster, blender, dishwasher and whasing machine.

The entrance to the house is free of steps, there are NO STEPS.
There is ELEVATOR is new and very spacious.
The waste room is in the same building, on the -1 floor.
You have SUPERMARKET on the next street, 1 minute away.
PARKING: Plaza Santa Ana parking, is the closest to 3 minutes.
The apartment is in the heart of Madrid, all the museums, restaurants, shops etc. are very close, you will not need to use public transport during your stay.
COVID-FREE APARTMENT
We will reinforce the cleaning and ventilation of the apartment and proceed to the disinfection of the whole house using OZONE cannon as a shock treatment to disinfect the air in the different rooms as this guarantees the elimination of viruses, bacteria and odours.
There is a crib on request.
