This beautiful apartment located in Madrid, is the best option to enjoy the city close to green areas, not far from the city center. It is located in a secure condominium with surveillance, it contains two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, it is very bright, with a fully equipped kitchen. A few minutes from the San Francisco metro line 11, it also has bus stops at the door of the condominium to go directly to Atocha.
Your stay in this apartment will be magnificent because you can enjoy the common areas such as the swimming pool, gym and Turkish bath, in addition to being the entire condominium adapted for people with reduced mobility, it is undoubtedly the best option to enjoy Madrid without worries.
The space
My house is beautiful. Ideal to spend time alone, with your partner or with your family in an elegant and pleasant apartment. It is decorated and prepared to spend great days. It has good heating, and central air conditioning.
It has two bedrooms, one with a good double bed with blankets and duvets to be very comfortable. The second with a single bed. A nice living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. If you want to spend an afternoon watching movies, the living room has a smart TV, but I also leave several books from my favorite reading collection so you can enjoy literature during your stay.
On those more tired days you can enjoy the bathtub and in the summer months a beautiful pool. The condominium has several common areas that you can access without problem, such as the gym and the Turkish bath that you can use during your stay.

In addition, it is 7 minutes from the San Francisco metro station to quickly reach the center of Madrid. This location is ideal for those looking to enjoy the city without worries.

The apartment is located on the first floor, upon arrival you will be received in person. Free arrivals are from 15h to 20h p.m. Arrivals after 20h to 22h carry a supplement of 35€ to be paid by the guest upon delivery of the keys. Arrivals after 22h to 23h carry a supplement of 75€ to be paid by the guest upon delivery of the keys.
The cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the guest in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the house (€150 to be paid to the locksmith prior to opening the house).
Noisy parties and gatherings are absolutely prohibited. Under the sanction of the competent authorities.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning before you go out. I ask that you take out the garbage every day, with special care in the summer months. There are some containers on the street enabled for this.
