At your entrance, you will find the master bedroom separated from the rest of the house, with a double bed and an freestanding bathtub that gives you an luxury spa-like feeling. Next to this room, you will find another fully equipped bathroom. The living room is attached to a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and in front of it you have an wooden dining table, with capacity for 4 people. The beautiful living room has an chester sofa that you can easily convert into a double bed and you have two French balconies with exterior views. Next to the living room, you will find the second room of the accommodation.
Equipment and installations: Elevator, satellite LED TV with more than 200 international channels, WiFi High Speed Internet, air conditioning hot and cold, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juice squeezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and kitchen utensils, linens, towels, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

The apartment is located in a beautiful renovated building and it is located in one of the most symbolic places in the city. Alameda Principal is next to the Arts District - Soho and just a few meters from the Marqués de Larios street. Alameda Principal, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that provide the pedestrian streets that you can walk to enjoy the true essence of this Mediterranean city.

-Museums: Picasso (850 meters), Thyssen (50 meters), Pompidou (1 km).
-Point of interest: Cathedral (550 meters), Roman Theater (800 meters), Alcazaba (800 meters).

My only comment would be to include salt/pepper/olive oil - the basic cooking essentials. Most people choose to stay in a flat so they can save money by eating in, so having those basics available would make sense!

El apartamento era tal y como aparecía en las fotos, precioso, grande y con lo necesario, las camas muy cómodas y a pesar de estar en un primer piso, no había nada de ruido gracias al aislamiento de las dobles ventanas.

La situación es muy buena, no hace falta coger el coche para moverte por el centro y el puerto, todo está cerca. El trato con Maya y Julia, excelente, muy educadas y facilitando la estancia. El técnico q enviaron también muy amable y eficiente. Dentro de la finca el acceso con rampa y escaleras, muy cómodo. Repetiremos. Muchas gracias. |
