Upon entering the apartment you will find a cozy living room with French balcony, providing a beautiful natural lighting to the whole accommodation. With a sofa, two armchairs and dining table for up to six people, at the bottom of the room you will have access to a fully-equipped independent kitchen in bluish and cinnamon tones. The rooms, both with exterior views, have a double bed and two single beds for your relaxation and comfort. Finally, the accommodation has a bathroom with a fully equipped bathtub to cover your needs.
Equipment and facilities: TV with satellite channels, High Speed WiFi Internet, hot and cold air conditioning, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding, towels, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

Placed in a central building of the city, this property is located on Martínez Street, formerly called Castelar Street, one of the most popular streets in the historic center of the city and that owes its name to the Martínez family, one of the families who settled in Malaga from the land of Cameros for trading and exporting. This street is located on one of the sides of Calle Larios, the main artery of the historic center of Malaga and next to the most important street in the city center. The place where it is located, is part of one of the most traditionally frequented areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses and shops that provide the surrounding pedestrian streets and the architectural buildings of great value that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Cathedral of the Incarnation, which will make you experience the taste and enjoyment of this wonderful capital of southern Europe.
