Fabulous two-bedroom flat, very bright, with a large living room with double sofa bed, capacity for 6 people and views of the town centre.
It has a practical open-plan kitchen, complete with kitchenware and electrical appliances, including fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle.
It has the luxury of three private bathrooms. Two of them en suite. All equipped with shower, hairdryer, hand towels and shower gel.
It also has free wifi internet access, bed linen for all guests, common areas with private access, lift, air conditioning and heating in all rooms. There is a laundry area for private use with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing set.
Located in one of the most privileged locations in the old town of Malaga, next to the main museums, landmarks to visit the city such as the Cathedral or the Roman Theatre and the Alcazaba, and the best leisure and restaurant offer in the area.
It is also very well communicated, only 200 metres from the taxi rank, 10 km from Malaga Airport and only 10 km from the local train or 20 minutes walk from Malaga Renfe and Malaga Metro station.
CONDITIONS AND RULES OF THE ACCOMMODATION
IT IS IMPORTANT that you read this information carefully and notify us of the information required in your case:
1. Arrival process at the accommodation (CHECK IN)
The check in process is from 17:00 to 21:00 hours uninterruptedly. If you wish to enter outside these hours you must request it in advance and we will be happy to provide you with the availability and the cost of the same.
a) Early Check In: This service depends on availability as it affects other guests and has an additional cost:
a1. Early Check In before 13.00h: 59 euros.
a2. Early Check In from 13.00h to 15.00h: 49 euros
a3. Early Check In from 15.00h to 17.00h: 39 euros
b) Late Check In: This service is available and is carried out through lockers where you will find the keys. From 21:00h to 00:00h you will have a telephone and video call support service. This service has an additional cost which is detailed below:
a1. Late Check In from 21.00 to 22.00h: 49 euros
a2. Late Check In from 22.00 to 23.00h: 59 euros
a3. Late Check In from 23.00 to 00.00h: 69 euros
2. CHECK OUT PROCESS
The check out process must always take place before 12 noon. The check out process takes place when you leave the key in the locker designated on the day of your arrival and you inform your manager. Do not forget that until you do so, the check-out process is not completed. Late departure without prior authorisation or without the corresponding communication implies the automatic loss of the totality of the deposit.
If you wish to leave later than the stipulated time, please note that this is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Please ask us about the availability of this service, we will be happy to assist you. The cost of this service is as follows:
a1. Late Check Out from 12.00 to 14.00h: 49 euros.
a2. Late Check Out from 14.00 to 16.00h: 69 Euros
a3. Late Check Out from 16.00 to 18.00h: 89 euros
3. CLEANING
The usual cleaning of the flat on the day of your departure is included in your booking. If you require additional cleaning during your stay you can request it at least one day before and we will be happy to attend to it. This cleaning will have an additional cost. The cost of the additional cleaning is 50 euros.
If the flat is left in need of a thorough cleaning on the day of your departure, the cost of the cleaning will be deducted from the deposit, which is stipulated at 100 euros.
4. PETS
If you wish to bring your pet, it requires prior authorisation as not all pets can be admitted. You must tell us before your arrival: type of pet, breed, age and weight. Please do not consider bringing your pet if it has not been authorised as it may be refused at check in. The pet has an additional cost of 15€ per day and per pet. Bringing in a pet without prior authorisation and payment will result in the immediate and complete loss of the deposit and the cancellation of the booking without compensation, and you will have to vacate the property immediately.
5. ADDITIONAL PERSONS TO THOSE INDICATED IN YOUR BOOKING
The reservation is only for the persons indicated in the reservation, regardless of the number of rooms available in the flat. If you wish to introduce additional guests, you must request this in advance and pay the amount of 49 euros per additional person per night. Failure to notify additional persons will result in the immediate forfeiture of the deposit and the cancellation of the current booking without any compensation being payable.
