Placed in a central building in the city, in the heart of SoHo, it is next to one of the most important places in the city, Alameda Principal, and a few minutes from the entrance to Muelle Uno and Calle Marqués de Larios. The place where it is located, Alameda de Colón, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that provide its pedestrian streets, and it is also known as the Barrio de las Artes .

- Museums: Picasso (1100 meters), Thyssen (850 meters), Contemporary Art Center (220 meters).

We had a very nice holiday in your apartment. The location is superb overlooking the harbour.
The room layout is great, everything is very spacious. It was also great for us that we had 3 bathrooms available. We felt very comfortable.
