Located in the heart of the city and next to the most popular areas, this two-room apartment which was atelier of haute couture by the prestigious designer Miguel Ángel Ruíz, is a great place to come with your friends.
Accommodation, Distribution and Equipment
80 square meters size and up to 6 people capacity, it is a nice property in a perfect location to enjoy the Málaga night life.
At the entrance of the accommodation, a small hall will lead you to the living room, which will get the natural light from outside. This living room, which highlights the three-dimensional signature of the designer, is dressed in fresh shades of white and royal blue, and has a large sofa easily becoming in a bed of 200x165. In addition, to the right of the entrance to the apartment, you will find one of the two rooms with a queen size bed of 190x150cm.
Next to the living room and without door limitations to give a greater breadth to the common area, there is a semi-independent kitchen fully equipped and with a dining table for four people.
Next to the kitchen, you will find the second room of the apartment, which has a small desk and a closet in white tones and another 190x150 queen size bed with touches of color in blue bondi.

LED TV, High Speed WiFi Internet, hot and cold air conditioning, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding, towels, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Located on the first floor of a building with no lift, designed by Guerrero Strachan and located in Uncibay square, which gets the name from Fernando Uncibay, Biscayan captain under the orders of the Catholic Monarchs in the conquest of Malaga and city ruler in 1497, This accommodation still retains identifying features of what was long ago: one of the most considered and recognized atelier in the city of Malaga. The accommodation, which is next to one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga's life, the popular Granada street, is a perfect place to get to know Malaga and enjoy the true essence of this Mediterranean city.
