90 square meters, and a capacity of up to 6 people, it is a very special property, decorated with the greatest attention placed on the smallest details and overlooking one of the most popular areas of the historic center.
The living room is attached to a fully-equipped kitchen with a minimalist style whose fusion with the living room has been taken care of. It will have a round dining table in the living room, with capacity for 4 people, in addition to a two-seater sofa (which can easily be converted into a double bed). From the kitchen, you will have access to an outside terrace with dining table for four people. It also has two large bedrooms decorated with great care and with perfect natural lighting. The first of them has a double bed and large closets. The second bedroom, with another double bed, also has access to an outside terrace with an impressive panoramic view of the city. The bathroom is also fully equipped and has a washing machine.
Equipment and facilities: lift to the seventh place, with use of stairs to reach the apartment, flat screen TV, WiFi High Speed Internet, air conditioning hot and cold, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juice squeezer, kettle, toaster , coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and kitchen utensils, bedding, towels, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
The building has an elevator to the penultimate floor, stairs must be used to reach the property.

Placed in a completely renovated building, it is located next to one of the most emblematic places of the city, the Central Market of Atarazanas, and a few meters from the busy Plaza de Félix Sáenz. The place where it is located, Prim Street, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that provide the pedestrian streets that you can walk to enjoy the true essence of this city Mediterranean

-Museums: Picasso (700 meters), Thyssen (350 meters), Pompidou (1200 meters).
