The living room has a big area with a two-seater sofa and a large window which introduces you to a sunny terrace with outdoor dining furniture and a cozy lounge. Next to it, we will find a perfectly integrated kitchen fully equipped to meet your needs, as well as access to the three bedrooms, all equipped with single beds.
Equipment and facilities: a television with satellite channels, WiFi High Speed Internet, air conditioning hot and cold, microwave, ceramic hob, juice squeezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware, bedding , towels, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Location
Placed in a completely renovated building, it is located next to one of the most emblematic and popular places of the city, the Plaza de las Flores, next to Plaza de la Constitución, the epicenter of life in Malaga and formerly called Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Calle Marqués de Larios and Calle San Juan, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that provide the surrounding pedestrian streets and where, in addition, You can enjoy the architectural works of great value that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart.
Around the location you will find the main tourist attractions such as Carmen Thyssen museum, Picasso museum, Arab Alcazaba or Roman theater. Muelle Uno and La Malagueta beach are 10-15 minutes walking distance through our main park, Paseo del Parque.
