Located in one of the most important neuralgic areas of the city and great transport lines with the rest of the city, this exclusive and elegant two-floors loft is the best accommodation to enjoy their stay in the center of Malaga with your couple , friends or family.

75 square meters and a capacity of up to 5 people, it is a very special property decorated with big attention on the smallest details.
Next to the entrance door to the loft, you will find the staircase decorated with old photos of Malaga, which leads you to the top of the loft, where you will have a queen size bed (150cmx190cm), a desk, bathroom fully equipped and a small patio to access the outside to dry clothes and / or smokers. On the entrance floor, there is a chaise longue sofa with four seats, which can easily become into a bed of 150cmx190cm. Next to it, there is an armchair-bed with a folding individual bed with one adult capacity. Also, the loft has a dining table, a countertop and American bar for informal snacks, just next to a fully-equipped kitchen beautifully furnished in white and grey colours, whose chromatic fusion with the rest of the loft has been done on purpose. Finally, at the end of the room, there is also a fully equipped bathroom.
Equipment and facilities: two televisions with satellite channels, WiFi High Speed Internet, safe, alarm, air conditioning hot and cold, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juice squeezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of household items and kitchen utensils, bedding, towels, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

Recently renovated, it is next to one of the most important points of the city, the Vialia Shopping Center and the Central Train Station AVE María Zambrano. The place where it is located, Bécquer street, is next to one of the main avenues of this district of the city, the avenue of Heroes de Sostoa, with easy access to Huelín Beach, the old town, highway and the airport .

-Museums: Picasso (3'5 km), Thyssen (2'5 km), Pompidou (2'5 km).
