80 square meters and a capacity of up to 6 people, it is a great home decorated with the biggest attention placed on the smallest details and the best qualities to make sure the comfort of our guests.
Upon entering the house, you will find a beautiful living room with sofa chaise longue easily convertible into double bed and dining table for up to six guests. As for the kitchen, fully-equipped, it is independent but next to the living room. Regarding the rooms, it has two bedrooms with a double bed and a third room with two single beds. Finally, the house has a bathroom with shower fully equipped for hygiene and relaxation.
Equipment and facilities: a television with satellite channels, WiFi High Speed Internet, air conditioning hot and cold, microwave, ceramic hob, juice squeezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding , towels, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Location
Located in a central building of the city, it is located in one of the most well-known streets of the city, Carretería Street, and a few minutes from other busy areas of the city, such as the Tribuna de los Pobres and Plaza de la Merced. The place where this apartment is located is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that provide the surrounding streets.
Distances to the main points of interest:
- Museums: Picasso (750 meters), Thyssen (290 meters), Pompidou (2 km).
- Point of interest: Cathedral (650 meters), Roman Theater (900 meters), Alcazaba (900 meters).
- Restaurant areas: 50 meters.
