45 square meters, and up to 4 people capacity, it is a new property decorated with all the attention on the smallest details and the best qualities to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.
At your entrance, you will find the entire property in sight, in blue and gray tones, having the living room whose sofa is easily convertible into a double bed for two people. On your right, you will have an American kitchen perfectly integrated into the main room. On your left you will find a vertical glazing and two small steps to access the double bed. In turn, the property has a fully equipped bathroom.
Equipment and facilities: TV, High Speed WiFi Internet, alarm, hot and cold air conditioning, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding , towels, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Recently renovated, it is located next to one of the most important points of the city, the Vialia Shopping Center, within which is the Central Station of Cercanías-AVE María Zambrano trains. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Internetverbindung war sehr schnell und die Lage hervorragend: nah am zentralen Bahnhof, am Strand und nicht sehr weit zum Stadtzentrum.
