Upon entering you will find a kitchen that has a fully-equipped kitchen in metallic white colours inside the living room. The living room has a two-seater sofa in marengo colours easily becoming in a sofa bed. In the same living room you will also find a dining area, with a dining table for four diners and designer chairs, and also access to an intimate terrace with vertical garden. The room, meanwhile, has two single beds. And last, you will have a fully equipped bathroom with shower.
Equipment and facilities: elevator, parking space in nearby building, satellite LED TV, High Speed WiFi Internet, hot and cold air conditioning, oven, microwave, induction hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of utensils and kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Placed in a completely rehabilitated building in the Theater Square, it is next to one of the most emblematic places in the city, the Constitution Square, the epicenter of Malaga's life and formerly called Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Marqués de Larios street and San Juan street, is part of one of the most frequently frequented areas of Malaga life.
Distances to the main points of interest:
- Museums: Picasso (600 meters), Thyssen (350 meters), Pompidou Center (1.2 km)
- Point of interest: Cathedral (300 meters), Roman Theater (600 meters), Alcazaba (600 meters).
