In addition, the property has two bathrooms with shower fully equipped for hygiene and relaxation.

Placed in a completely renovated building, it is located in one of the most emblematic places of the city, the Plaza de la Marina, next to the Barrio de las Artes - SoHo, Muelle Uno, a few meters from the Alameda Principal and the street Marquis of Larios.
