Upon entering you will find on your left the main room with double bed and ensuite fully equipped bathroom with shower. On your right, you will find a fully equipped kitchen in white colours. Next to it, a small hallway will lead you to the other two bedrooms and a second bathroom. Next to the entrance hall, in addition to a toilet, you will find the main corridor that will lead you to a beautiful and bright living room with exterior windows, dining table for up to four people, two armchairs and a two-seater sofa.
Equipment and facilities: elevator, parking space in nearby building, flat screen TV, High Speed WiFi Internet, hot and cold air conditioning, oven, microwave, induction hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of utensils and kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
Location
Placed in a completely rehabilitated building, it is next to one of the most emblematic and crowded places in the city, the Plaza de la Constitución, epicenter of Malaga's life and formerly called Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Marqués de Larios street and San Juan street, is part of one of the most frequently frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that provide the surrounding pedestrian streets and where, You can enjoy the architectural works of great value that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart.
You will find the main places of the city around, like Carmen Thyssen museum, Picasso museum, Arab Alcazaba or Roman theater. Muelle Uno and Malagueta beach are 10-15 minutes walking distance through the pleasant Paseo del Parque.
