50 square meters accommodation (+ terrace) and a capacity of up to 4 people, it is a very special property, decorated with the greatest attention placed on the smallest details.
Upon entering you will find a kitchen that has a fully-equipped kitchen in metallic white tones. The living room has a white two-seater sofa easily convertible into a sofa bed. In the same living room you will also find a dining area, with a white table for four people and designer white chairs. The room, with a double bed, has exterior views that provide a perfect natural lighting. Finally, you will have a fully equipped bathroom with shower for your hygiene and relaxation.
At the entrance of the accommodation, on your right you will find a staircase that will guide you to a spacious solarium with a hot tub.
Equipment and facilities: lift, parking space in nearby building, satellite LED TV with more than 200 international channels, WiFi High Speed Internet, air conditioning hot and cold, oven, microwave, induction plate, juice squeezer, kettle, Toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding, towels, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Location
Located in a completely renovated building, it is next to one of the most emblematic and crowded places in the city, the Plaza de la Constitución, epicenter of life in Málaga and formerly called Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Calle Marqués de Larios and Calle San Juan, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that provide the surrounding pedestrian streets and where, in addition, You can enjoy the architectural works of great value that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart.

Kellyn at the office was very pleasant and helpful, taking the time to mark out places to visit on a local map when we arrived. She was again helpful on our final day storing our luggage until we were ready to leave for our flight.
