100 square meters size and up to 6 people capacity, it is a very special property, located on the first floor of a building with elevator and overlooking the Guadalmedina river.
At the entrance of the accommodation you will find a small hall. To your left is the living room, which has a beautiful living room, and a wooden dining table for up to six people. To your right, you will find a beautiful fully-equipped independent kitchen in ice-white and metallic colours; also a high table with amimbrated stools perfect for a quick lunch or an informal snack.
Regarding the rooms, you will have a suite room with a fully equipped bathroom and a queen size bed and two rooms with two single beds respectively.

LED TV, High Speed WiFi Internet, hot and cold air conditioning, elevator, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding, Towels, washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Placed at the beginning of Avenida de la Rosaleda and just two minutes from Carretería street, this accommodation is located in one of the main avenues of the city, with easy access to the historic center and small businesses along the surrounding streets.

En general el piso está genial, muy bien ubicado,limpio, buen edifico, céntrico.Por poner alguna pega no me gustó que fuera un primero y que no había mantel para la mesa del comedo.
El resto genial.
