The apartment has everything you need to enjoy wonderful days just 60 meters from the beach of Pedregalejo.
The urbanization has parking in front of the property, also it has been renovated to offer the best services.
The apartment has a large terrace where you can enjoy unbeatable views, since the beach is on the first floor and the only thing you can breathe is peace and tranquility.
You have refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, 32-inch TV with smart TV, a dresser of 1.50cm, wardrobe, and sofa bed for two people.
In addition to towels, sheets, hair dryer, iron and kitchen utensils necessary for cooking.
The terrace has two nice chairs and a table.
It is a very bright and quiet apartment surrounded by nature.
Pedregalejo is characterized by housing some of the summer residences of the Malaga bourgeoisie of the nineteenth century and early twentieth century. Its main street, Juan Sebastián Elcano, former Malaga street, leads to El Palo, crossing the Valle de los Galanes district and is flanked by rows of trees, banana trees (and casuarinas) like those found in El Paseo del Parque, the center of the capital of Malaga. The mata houses, the Spanish academies for foreigners, the residences, the hostels and the bars that overlook its small promenade predominate in the neighborhood, which is full of life, mainly by foreigners who visit the city. Famous is also the beach of Pedregalejo, divided into small coves. From the stream of the Pilones and until the stream Jaboneros already begins the beach of the Acacias.
It has nearby shops, neighborhood stores and excellent restaurants to enjoy the area of Malaga.
