This modern decorated penthouse apartment comprises a living, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. There are 2 nearly identical apartments for rent next to eachother. (See ID27806)
When entering this beautiful, cosi urbanization it reminds you of Andalucia. Cruckery with beautifull flowers are decorating the portals and windows of the urbanization. It has a great and kind athmosphere.
Entering the apartment the livingroom presents itself brightly with Scandinavian style decoration and a fully equipped kitchen to the left. The staircase gives you access to 2 bedrooms with both ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to the upper terrace with beautifull views.
From the living there is access to a large terrace lounge area and dining area for 6 persons.
Sun lounges are provided by the urbanization at the communal pool area.
There are in all 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub, wash, & toilet and 1 bathroom has a shower instead of bathtub.
The fully equipped and spacious kitchen has an exit to a little terrace facing north.

Additional notes
- Check-in schedule: from 14:00 to 18:00 every day
- Check-out schedule: Before 10:00
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
