Apartment Vila Rosa Caledónia
Apartment Vila Rosa Caledónia is a cosy holiday apartment (sleeping 4 + 1) located in a quiet complex, situated between the stunning beach resort of Praia de Rocha and the busy town of Portimao with its Marina and Port at the entrance to the River Arade. Perfect for couples or a few friends, the property is an ideal base for a holiday in the Algarve.
This 1-bedroom apartment has a kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and many other modern appliances that you may require during the course of your stay. The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, and the bedroom is furnished with a double bed. A comfortable living / dining room leads onto a balcony holding a table and chairs for al fresco dining, or relaxing with a drink enjoying the far-reaching views. The complex itself has a large communal swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds with extensive lawns and flower gardens which hold a children`s play area accessible for all guests.
Free Wi-Fi is included and there is air-conditioning in the bedroom.
The centre of Portimao is known for its old cobbled streets, river front walks and is one of the biggest shopping towns within the Algarve. Along the banks of the river you will see the old Sardine canning factories (one which is now the Portimao Museum) and the many restaurants grilling the famous fish caught locally. The marina, Naval base and port are all centres for the many water activities that this area is famous for.
Car hire is not a necessity, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)
Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on all payments (deposit, final balance, breakage deposit, airport transfer, extras and excursions).
Prices up to 4 people.
The 5th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
