In this flat in Ipanema, ideal for couples, you'll find sophistication and practicality. Its minimalist decor in light and woody tones was designed to bring cosiness, with modern furniture and an atmosphere that overflows with comfort. The living room has a smart TV, a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, a small wine cellar and is integrated with the kitchen, equipped with the most diverse utensils and appliances to make your stay with us easier. The suite has a double bed, air conditioning and a spacious wardrobe, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Finally, the flat has a laundry area, washing machine, bed linen and towels and 5G Wi-Fi. The building in which it is located has a lift and 24-hour security.

Ipanema is known worldwide for its beautiful beach and promenade, which is one of Rio de Janeiro's main postcards. It is the ideal place for those who want to relax while enjoying unique landscapes. Due to its great location, the flat is close to the best restaurants, bars and kiosks, and is just 1 minute from the beach. It is next to the Quitéria restaurant, a refined contemporary food restaurant, a perfect option for lunch.

Note: the flat is on the roof and you have to climb a flight of stairs. There is no window with a view.

Important: With the aim of having the most transparent communication possible, we would like to inform you that work is taking place in the neighbouring building on weekdays during the hours in accordance with Rio de Janeiro's silence law (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

Services such as: crib, early check-in and late check-out may have additional charges. If you have any questions, please contact us for further clarification.

And for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings:

1) The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
2) No noise is allowed after 10pm. (Law of Silence)
3) The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags
5) Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits.
6) When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
7) Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators.
8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be booked and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit.
9) All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
