150 square meters, capacity of up to 8 people, an exceptional property, decorated with the greatest attention placed on the smallest details and overlooking both: the sea and the mountains.
The living room has a relax area furnished with a beautiful silk-white double sofa bed, two vintage blue ocean chairs and a glass coffee table, while to the right of it has a table for up to six people , all with great natural lighting due to the two huge windows that lead to a large outdoor terrace overlooking the sea and the gardens. Just next, a large kitchen in white tones and fully equipped, an interior resting room, ideal for the little ones, two fully equipped bathrooms and a bathroom. This is just the ground floor of the attic.
At the entrance of the accommodation, a double staircase leads to a splendid terrace of 80 square meters overlooking the sea with a picnic table for 6-8 guests, chill-out area of cushions and fabric mattresses wooden decks, and a hammock area on artificial turf carpets.
About the community areas, the urbanization has gardens, swimming pool, children's pool and direct access to the seafront and Los Alamos beach.

The apartment has a terrific terrace, a huge pool and an amazing view. We really spent a great time there during summer. We felt at home. The staff who received us was very kind and gave us pretty interesting about the city.
