The house is decorated in a modern and functional style.

If you are a lover of tennis or paddle tennis, the urbanization also has courts at your disposal and with the town of Rozas de Puerto Real just 2km away.
The urbanization has surveillance 24 hours 7 days a week. Very quiet urbanization, very close to the San Juan de Madrid reservoir, 20 minutes away.
