Located in the heart of the city, in a great area, next to the most interesting areas of the city, this elegant studio for two people is the perfect place for who wants to stay in the center of Malaga with family, friends or couple.

This is a 45m2 property, with up to 4 people capacity. It is a very special property,which the original moldings and careful decoration are the protagonists. There is a large window looking to the interior patio, which fill the whole room with natural light.
The sleeping area has a double bed (150cm x 200cm). The main room is divided into two distinct areas, a dining area with a table for four people and another lounge area and a TV area with a sofa and reading chair (The sofa converts into a 150cm x 200cm bed). The kitchenette, American type is fully equipped and is located in the main room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with glass screen.
Equipment and facilities: Elevator, satellite LED TV with more than 200 international channels, free high speed WiFi internet, hot and cold air conditioning, microwave oven, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board Iron, hair dryer and laundry area equipped with washer and dryer. Lockers with currency system and security lock in the main hall, designed for those travelers who advance their trip and do not yet have the apartment available or for those who want to enjoy the city after checkout.

Placed in a completely renovated historic building, headquarters of the old town hall of Malaga in the second half of the 18th century, it is one of the most representative places of the city. The place where it is located, "The Constitution Square", has been the center of Malaga's life since the time of the reconquest. Formerly known as the Plaza Mayor, it is the most popular square in the city where Calle Larios ends, forming the most central part of the capital of Malaga.
Bullfights have been held in this square, the main religious, cultural, political and citizen events of the last five centuries have been experienced. Events such as the Malaga fair or Holy Week take center stage in this square, this enclave being the most important in both events.
Distances to the main points of interest:
-Museums: Picasso (300 meters), Thyssen (50 meters), Pompidou (700 meters).
-Point of interest: Cathedral (200 meters), Roman Theater (300 meters), Alcazaba (350 meters).

La localización es inmejorable. El apartamento está recién reformado con todo el mobiliario muy moderno y estaba muy limpio cuando nos recibimos. Aunque no hicimos uso de ello pero tenía todo el material necesario para poder cocinar también.
