Studio apartment with large southwest facing terrace and located right near the beach of Elviria. the location is very convenient; walking distance to the first class amenities of Elviria.
The apartment has a living area/bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom. The complex offers direct access to the beach and has several pools, play areas for children (with Fusbal, table tennis, wifi zone and playground) and a gymnasium with competitive rates (Romana Gym).
Elviria is a great family area with many top class facilities. It has the best beaches of Marbella and some top golf courses. Also it is home to the famous Nikki beach club and the five star hotels Don Carlos and Estrella del Mar.
