Built at the beginning of the 20th century, the building is a beautiful example of Art Deco architecture and began its history as a luxury hotel. Over the years, the building also housed residential apartments, preserving its unique elements such as geometric lines and ornamental details. It symbolizes the evolution of Copacabana as a vibrant and cultural destination.

Compact and modern, the space is well-lit and functional, perfect for travelers looking to be close to everything without spending too much. Newly decorated, every detail has been carefully thought out to provide the best experience.

The studio integrates bedroom, kitchen and living room in a harmonious environment. It has two single beds, a TV, kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge and coffee maker, and much more, ensuring everything you need for a comfortable stay. It also has a full bathroom.

In the studio, you'll find extremely comfortable Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen, as well as air conditioning to cool the whole place down.

Located on one of Copacabana's main avenues, the studio is 5 minutes from Copacabana Beach and close to the Siqueira Campos Metro Station. It offers easy access to the best restaurants, such as the typical Greek restaurant, O Grego, as well as fast-food outlets, markets and pharmacies in the area.

And for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings:

1) The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
2) No noise is allowed after 10pm. (Law of Silence)
3) The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags
5) Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits.
6) When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
7) Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators.
8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be booked and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit.
9) All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
