Townhouse Curaçao is a superb 2-bedroom holiday home located in the lovely complex of Jardim da Oura in Oura, Albufeira, famous for its diversity of restaurants and bars. Within walking distance to all amenities including some of the beautiful golden beaches that Albufeira has to offer and the Old Town, this townhouse is the ideal property for those looking to enjoy and explore all Albufeira has to offer, car-free.
This charming townhouse sleeps 4+2 and has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, balconies and en-suite bathrooms, on the first floor.
On the ground floor is an additional bathroom, a pantry and fully equipped kitchen complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dishes and utensils. The spacious and comfortable living / dining room is also on the ground floor and leads out to the patio with barbeque and outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy a meal or a drink and take in the sun.
This holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and air-conditioning in the bedrooms.
Just a few meters away, at the back of the house is the communal swimming pool and smaller pool for children to play.
Townhouse Curaçao is located in the heart of Oura, Albufeira, just a few minutes’ walk from a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The nearest beach (Praia dos Alemães) is just a 5-minute walk away and the Albufeira Old Town is about a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk away. The Albufeira Strip is just a 10-minute walk down the road.
Car hire is not necessary, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve.
The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

"Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only)
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts
Prices up to 4 people.
The 5th and 6th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

Pets not allowed.
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
