Villa OceanBlue
Villa OceanBlue is a charming 3-bedroom villa, set in lovely gardens and in a great central location between Albufeira Marina and the old town. The property is all on one level and has 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 with twin beds, one of which has an en-suite shower room) there is also an extra shower room/WC.
The lounge/dining area is sunken and open plan and leads out to the swimming pool and gardens by large patio doors. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would require for preparing meals during your stay, including a hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes and utensils, and also leads to a charming garden courtyard, perfect for enjoying a tranquil breakfast.
Al fresco dining is a must during the warm evenings and around the side of the house is a shaded dining area with a typical Algarvian BBQ, perfect for dining al fresco and preparing your meals in a charming pool side setting. The gardens are well tended and are home to many beautiful flowers and plants and give the perfect setting for relaxing around the swimming pool, and perfect for refreshing dips and cooling off. The other side of the villa has the shaded pool table and ping pong area for those that would like to have a more energetic time out of the midday sun.
This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and air-conditioning.
The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).
Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.
Prices up to 6 people.
The 7th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
VAT included in the accommodation price.
Pets not allowed.
***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
