Villa Palaui

Villa Palaui is a bright and comfortable holiday home located in the area of Galé, close to some of the most beautiful golden sand beaches of the Algarve. Its privileged location allows you to be in a quiet, residential area, while still being close to all amenities such as large supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cake shops.

The property is composed of 2 floors, housing 3 bedrooms and is equipped with air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. On the ground floor is a double bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom with corner bath). On the first floor you will find two twin bedrooms. Apart from the en-suite bathroom there are 2 other bathrooms in the house. One with a tub and one with a shower.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and utensils that you may need during your stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. A spacious living room with a separate dining room provides plenty of comfortable seating, and has direct access to the outdoor terrace.

Here you can enjoy the outside space, perfect for relaxing and taking advantage of the sunny days on the sunbeds next to the private saltwater swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), which will surely delight both children and adults. Al fresco dining is a must during the warm evening and you have a typical Algarvian barbecue on which to prepare your meals and then sit and admire the beautiful evening sunsets.

Villa Palaui is located in the town of Galé, just a 15-minute drive from the main area of Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within short walking distance, and a large supermarket is just a couple of minutes walk away. The beaches of Galé and Lourenço are both within a short driving distance.


The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)

Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.

Prices up to 6 people.
The 7th person pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only €77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
