Villa Phuket is a fabulous 4-bedroom holiday home, set in a quiet area of Sao Rafael, just a 5-minute walk down to the Sao Rafael beach. With free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a fantastic heatable swimming pool, this attractive villa will ensure that you enjoy a memorable family holiday in the sunny Algarve.
On the first floor of this modern villa are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as wonderful balconies with views of the surrounding areas. The remaining double bedroom is on the ground floor, along with an additional bathroom and W.C. The communal areas are open-plan, spacious and stylishly modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area.
Outside, a wonderful patio with a peaceful water feature and comfy seating allow you to unwind with a drink or a good book, while the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) provides the perfect setting for refreshing swims and soaking up the warm Algarve sun.
Villa Phuket is in a quiet neighbourhood, just 800m from the Sao Rafael beach, with beach bars and restaurants within walking distance. Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old Town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, quality restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 5 min. drive (2,5 km), which makes it ideal for families, couples and keen golfers as there are a couple of golf courses a few minutes’ drive away.
Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.
The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay, however this may be flexible in low season.
Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on total deposit/breakage amounts.
Prices up to 8 people.
From the 9th to the 12th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
