Villa Krystal Bay
Villa Krystal Bay is a newly refurbished, spacious and well located property with 7 bedrooms, a large heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra), jacuzzi, 6 bathrooms, a games room and stunning sea views. Affording a prime location in Armação de Pera and only 400m from the longest stretch of golden sandy beach within the Western Algarve, this spectacular villa, furnished and decorated to the highest of standards throughout, will ensure a luxuriously relaxing holiday in the sun. As soon as the full refurbishment has been completed, new photos will be posted for you to view.
Villa Krystal Bay has 7 bedrooms and is ideally suited for large families or for several families holidaying together. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (all with a veranda/terrace) two of which have a double bed (one also has an e-suite bathroom) and one with 2 twin beds. There are two further bedrooms on the ground floor; one double bedroom with a veranda and one furnished with bunk beds. The final two bedrooms are located on the lower floor and are both large and spacious.
On the ground floor is a very bright and airy living/dining room with sliding doors opening up to the pool terrace which is surrounded but a lawn for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances you would need to make your holiday run smoothly. Outside, a large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to cool off from the Algarve heat, relax on sun loungers around the pool and at the end of the day, the jacuzzi is available (as an optional extra) to warm up in the evenings from which you can take in the stunning sea views. There is also a traditional brick built barbeque, ideal for preparing meals to be enjoyed on the terrace.
Within this holiday home you have free Wi-fi and air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all rooms.
The games room is located on the lower floor, where you can comfortably enjoy hours of fun with friends and family in the evening or as respite from the main heat of the day.
The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it’s just a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pera are only an 8-minute walk down the road. Car hire is not necessary, just if you want to discover more of the Algarve. Should you wish to hire a car or bring your own, parking spaces are provided in the garage.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Breakage Deposit Groups: € 250 per person (payable by credit card only)
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.
Prices up to 22 people.
• From the 23rd to the 26th people an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
VAT included in the accommodation price.
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
