Villa Sunset is a wonderful 3-bedroom villa with sea views, located just a 7-minute drive from the seaside town of Carvoeiro. With a private swimming pool, just a short drive from the beach and near the golf course, Villa Sunset makes for a great holiday home from which you can enjoy the Algarve.
Villa Sunset includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in the living room and all but one double bedroom.
The entrance to the property is on the ground floor, where there is a comfortable living room and dining room, as well as a bathroom. The lower floor houses the 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds (one en-suite) and 1 with two single beds (en-suite), leading out to the pool and the garden.
The fully equipped kitchen has dishes & utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, hob, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine. A spacious balcony allows you to enjoy meals while taking in the marvellous sea and mountain views.
The heatable pool (optional extra) and garden can be accessed via the rooms on the lower floor or also via the stairs along the side of the villa. The pool terrace is surrounded by a wall and hedge, affording good privacy. Sunbeds and sunshades are provided for lounging in the sun or shade, as well as a swinging bench. An outdoor dining area is in a shaded overhang and a barbeque is nearby on which you can prepare outdoor summer meals.
Villa Sunset is in a quiet residential neighbourhood just 3km east of Carvoeiro town centre. You’ll find several restaurants and bars within a short walking distance of the villa and a supermarket just a short drive away. The Vale do Milho Golf course is just a 4-minute drive away and the Vale Centianes beach is just a 5-minute drive away.
Car hire is recommended/necessary, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.
Prices up to 6 people.
The 7th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
