Description
Sesmarias, a small town between Lagoa and Carvoeiro, is not as well known as the neighbouring coastal town of Carvoeiro, but in addition to a star restaurant and golf course offers a beautiful location overlooking the sea.
This holiday house is in a said hillside overlooking the Atlantic, sun-drenched in a very quiet residential area.
The outdoor area is well maintained, with flowerpots, garden furniture and umbrellas nicely designed, there is a brick BBQ, the pool area is fenced to make the holiday with small children a little more relaxed - but this does not replace the duty of supervision of the parents.
The house itself is very spacious on two floors, still built in the traditional style of generosity, with hand-painted tiles in the bathrooms, expansive rooms and terraces and this very own Algarve flair. Cosy, well equipped and the good location make this villa a perfect house for a family holiday with children or a holiday with friends.
On foot you can reach the small supermarket, a large selection of restaurants, the beach can be reached in a few minutes.
