Nice villa located 2 km from Meia Praia beach, in a quiet residential area. Built on a single floor, it offers great privacy as it has a garden with shrubs and trees. The house has easy access to the beach and the centre of Lagos. The current property is the result of the refurbishment of an old farmhouse, offers 3 bedrooms and has air conditioning (extra cost) in the various divisions. The house has 2 entrances: one gives access to a living room with a kitchenette and a bedroom with a private bathroom. The other (main) entrance gives access to a large living/dining room with an open-style kitchen and gives access to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Decorated with taste, and with oriental touches here and there, this house is simple but functional, providing a family atmosphere.
Outside the house has a private pool, surrounded by a fence providing protection for children. Adjacent to the pool we have the barbecue and a covered patio with a dining table.
