Located in a privileged place of the city of Malaga, iloftmalaga is proud to offer the possibility of staying in a luxurious Balinese-type mansion. Please feel free to watch the property portfolio, which has great views of the entire Malaga bay.

More than 1700 square meters of plot and 712 square meters built, this exceptional property has enough capacity for maximum capacity of six adults and four children, between the three bedrooms and living rooms. The villa also has five bathrooms, four of them in the main villa and one next to the pool area.

Built in wood, the property has natural fiber ceilings and delicate grass floors such as Golf Country, combining colonial and oriental furniture with artworks and original pieces. All under unique atmosphere and a tropical garden full of palm trees of different types and places in the world, banana trees, orange trees and avocado trees.

The epicenter of this earthly paradise is a pool (more than 200 square meters) with sandy beach area, Jacuzzi for 6 people and a waterfall. The swimming pool has a shallow area for the little ones and an area for swimming, being obligation for adults to be in constant supervision of children when they are using it. Next to it, there is an area for a solarium with amazing views of Mediterranean sea.

The enclosure enjoys total privacy, away from prying eyes of neighbors, and absolute tranquility which ensures the guest to find a space of silence, peace and relaxation.

In terms of facilities and comfort, our villa has everything that is desirable in accommodation of this level: sauna, two Jacuzzis (one of them inside the pool), Home Cinema, barbecue area, beach private, large terraces and porches (more than 200 square meters) and private garage with space for two vehicles.

For your safety, as it is an enclosure that covers so much space, the villa has an alarm system, CCTV in external areas, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers. and fire hose in the internal communication staircase between the ground floor and the main floor.



Information of interest and rules of the Villa

- The use allowed in this establishment is only for the family. If you wish to hold parties, weddings, events, photographic reports, films, advertising spots or any other professional or lucrative activity, please contact us in advance as there are rates for each specific use mentioned here. In case of non-compliance, the price of the activity in question carried out without prior notice will be additionally invoiced to the reservation.
- The main guest is given a single set of master keys and remote control for the garage door. Its loss entails the payment of the change of door locks (around €200, VAT included).
- The pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., its use outside these hours is prohibited for security reasons and municipal noise ordinance.
- Again we emphasize the prohibition of minors bathing in the pool without their parents or caregivers being present. Any mishap that may occur in this regard will be the sole responsibility of their parents and/or caregivers, exempting the establishment from any responsibility.

- Out of respect for the protection of the environment, the enclosure works with solar panels for the supply of hot water, and through renewable energies for the electricity supply.
