This beautiful villa and its location are a great ‘cocktail’ for holiday success. With heated pool from October - May*
The villa is located within approximately 400 meters walking distance from one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Urbanizacion Las Chapas is a suburb of Marbella and is situated 5 km east of Marbella city centre and approximately 15 km from lively Puerto Banus, where dream yachts, top cars and high-end designer shops are found.
The house is 200 m2 and built on a plot of 600 m2 with private garden, pool & BBQ area. The house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms en suite.
When entering the villa, the hallway gives access to a guest toilet, a functional living, kitchen and corridor to 2 bedrooms and TV room and stairway to first floor. The fully fitted kitchen is spacious and includes a great dining area for at least 6 persons with enough space for 2 extra chairs. Both TV room and kitchen have direct access to the garden & pool area.
Bedrooms ground floor:
A bedroom with bed 1.60*2.00 with en suite bathroom (level of 3 steps staircase), with sink, shower and toilet. This bedroom has direct access to the garden/pool area.
A bedroom towards north with 2 single beds 90*2.00 and en suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The practical living is cosy decorated with large corner sofa and flat screen TV. From the living you have direct access to the terrace area facing north with lounge sofa and Ping Pong table.
Taking the stairway to the first floor the master bedroom presents itself beautifully, with amazing views to the Mediterranean Sea. The tower construction continues to the second floor. This is the location of the en suite bathroom for the master bedroom.

A master bedroom with bed of 2.00*2.00 en suite bathroom in the tower with shower, double sink and toilet.
A bedroom with double bed 1.60*2.00 with en suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Both located towards south and with nice views to the sea.

The laundry room has washing machine and tumble dryer.
The garden and pool area is facing south, consequently sun from morning to evening. A great feature with this property is the BBQ & bar facilities with at least 6 high chairs. Furthermore, there is a dining area for 8 persons and sun loungers and large lounge bed to daze in the sun.
