This luxurious property is distributed over 4 split levels and has an incredible roof terrace with barbecue and lounge area offering 360 degree views on mountains and sea. This is the perfect place to enjoy a sunset family dinner or a cocktail with friends.
On entering the property it is directly clear that no expenses has been spared on the quality of the construction as one enters through a four meter high front door into the full height ceiling hallway with modern chandelier lighting.
As mentioned before the property is distributed in split levels so from the entrance one can go up to the gym and bedrooms or down to the open plan living room/dining/kitchen and main pool area. The living room with open kitchen looks out over the terrace and pool area accesible through majestic floor to ceiling glass sliding doors.
On the first floor level there is the complete gym with Technogym equipment offering amazing pool and sea views. You will find a treadmill, static bike, free weights, abdominal mats, television and medicine balls.
In the master suite you will be blown away by the stunning views even when lying on the bed you will have views of the bay of Marbella and even Morocco on clear days. The open plan bathroom has a large walk in shower and the suite has a large dressing hallway.
The villa has wifi throughout, ambience lighting and comes with a cleaning service and changing of sheets every 4 days. On request we can offer concierge services like airport transfers, private drivers, (luxury) car rental, nannies, butlers and private chefs.
The location of the villa is about ten minutes out of the town center of Marbella and close to the finest beaches, shopping malls, golf courses and fine dining options this area has to offer.
