This villa is located in Cala Estancia, a coastal area that belongs to the city of Palma de Mallorca (city center located about 7km). It has 4 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and can accommodate up to 7 people. The house has about 300 m2. The upper parts of the house have fabulous sea views. The house is just a few meters from a beautiful rocky beach and 600 meters from Playa des Carnatge. The yacht club is a few steps from the villa, as well as several high-quality restaurants.

It has a pleasant garden with its tall pine trees, and spacious terraces for living, with shaded spaces. You will also enjoy the sun with its loungers where you can relax next to the saline water pool (much softer for the skin). They can also use the barbecue.

The villa has a fireplace and central heating for cool days, and air conditioning throughout the accommodation for hot days.

They will have access to the Internet via WiFi, satellite TV with satellite dish with languages: Spanish, English and German, radio and DVD player.
There is a washer, dryer and iron for your clothes and a hair dryer.
Two cars can be parked in the private garage in the same building, as well as in the adjacent streets.

A deposit of €500 will be required to be paid before arrival by bank transfer.

Rules:

-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not abiding by the rule you will be penalized.

-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.

-Guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or collection points established before the end of their stay.

-Please note that check-in
From 21:30 onwards, there is a charge of €50 to be paid in cash on arrival.

-A responsible use of air conditioning and heating must be made, turning them off when they are not inside the villa.

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or disturbing behavior by any person in his group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
