Villa Antiqua
Villa Antiqua is a stunning contemporary holiday villa , in a prime location near São Rafael, only a 15-minute walk away from some of the best golden sandy beaches of the Algarve.
The villa is equipped with air-conditioning and free WIFI throughout and is a spacious and comfortable holiday home.
This modern property sleeps 6+4, with 3 bedrooms all located on the first floor: 1 bedroom is furnished with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and overhead shower, and one of the twin-bedded rooms has an en-suite shower room. There is also an additional shower room on the first floor and all bedrooms have access to a balcony.
On the ground floor you’ll find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and coffee machine. The living / dining room is open plan and very bright and comfortable, with patio doors opening up to the swimming pool and outside dining area. Also on the ground floor you will find an extra guest W.C.
Sliding doors lead you to the outdoor area where you will find a table and chairs on the patio near the lounge. At the other end of the heatable swimming pool (pool heating available as an optional extra) there is a raised patio area, overlooking the pool, ideal for relaxing with a good book. A built-in barbeque is available for preparing your al fresco meals and sun loungers are provided for soaking up the sun between refreshing dips in the pool.
Villa Antiqua is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a 15-minute walk from São Rafael beach. Other beautiful beaches like Gale, São Lourenço and Salgados, just to name a few, are located within a short distance. A variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket are located within a 10-minute walk and there is a shortcut from the townhouse through to the Marina of Albufeira.
For a great family day out, there is also a choice of water parks, karting track and a zoo with mini golf. The nearest golf course is in Salgados (5km away), close to the nature reserve with pedestrian walkways and a lagoon.
The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.
Prices up to 6 people.
• The 7th and 10th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (Double-Bed) (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
