Central apartment located on the border between the Gracia and Eixample neighbourhoods. The apartment is just a few metres from Avenida Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia. It has the best features of each neighbourhood. Thus, from the Gracia neighbourhood, it has the tranquil, relaxed and bohemian lifestyle with its numerous restaurants from around the world, tapas bars... and from the Eixample neighbourhood it has the more elegant side, with the boutiques of Paseo de Gracia, the magnificent modernist houses by Gaudí "La Pedrera" and "Casa Batlló".
